To be able to best compare, we need to try to match the min vdsat of the output stack to that of the simple pmos article, such that we follow the example for the nmos mirrors series: this may results in quite large widths but perhaps that is ok to allow 1:1 comparison for both nmos and pmos and among pmos articles.
