It may be better to instead of having an explanation on each transistor characterization post, actually describe the procedure in the category here, and keep the individual characterization post (e.g. NMOS characterization (PTM130)) short and sweet. Otherwise there is a lot of: similarly to the NMOS char... which could be better avoided.
Make ao and other metrics normalized by width?[edit]
There are some graphs where it could be helpful to normalize by width as well? for example dc gain, also what about adding a graph for the device ro?
Specify topology this kind of characterization applies for[edit]
This characterization is readily applicable to a CS stage, but it may be better to have a characterization bench better suited to other single-stage topologies SF or CG.
Also it may benefit from an AC characterization no just OP. These are all things to think about.
